Fresh milk with 2.8% milk fat is made of specially selected raw milk which is pasteurised and homogenised, with a prior removal of bacteria and bacterial spores within a bactofugation process. Fresh milk with 2.8% milk fat is packed in PET bottles under strictly controlled conditions of hygiene, i.e. by “ultra clean” process.
